Service Description: Boundaries created from the US Census Bureau's Urbanized Areas identified for inclusion in the MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) program. Ohio regulated MS4 areas include urban areas defined under the 2000, 2010, and 2020 Census as well as more than 30 cities located outside of the the urban areas that are also covered by a storm water permit.
